So I’ve decided to start a Blog. Unreal right?  🙂 I don’t have much of a direction but it’ll be a fun adventure I promise.
A little about me. I’m a single mom of two really great kids. My son is 10 at this time and my daughter is 8. We live just outside a big city in the Midwest. It’s always a challenge to keep a good balance of life as it is. It’s even better and more rewarding trying to figure it all out. Although life isn’t how I planned it to be I do try my best.
I really love food and so does my son. He wants to be a chef when he grows up. So on occasion you’ll see food pop up either places I’ve been or we have been. Or even times when we cooked at home.
